Shipping Policy for Memories Over Money
Thank you for choosing Memories Over Money! We work with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment partner, to produce and ship all of our items. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the process and timelines for receiving your order.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
All products are made to order by Printful, which typically requires 2-7 business days for production. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Shipping Times and Costs
1. Shipping Times
• After production, Printful will ship your order. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Typical delivery estimates are as follows:
• Domestic (U.S.): 3-5 business days
• International: 10-20 business days
• Please note that these are estimated times, and delivery can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing for international orders, weather, and holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you do not see tracking updates after this period, feel free to reach out, and we’ll assist you with the tracking process.
Delays and Lost Packages
Memories Over Money is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or errors caused by Printful’s fulfillment process. However, if you experience a significant delay or your order seems lost, contact us at support@printful.com , and we will work with Printful to investigate the issue.
International Shipping
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or additional taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase or shipping costs. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
Changes to Shipping Address
Once your order has been placed, it may be difficult to change the shipping address. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@printful.com. We will do our best to make the update with Printful, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order is in production.
