Return and Refund Policy for Memories Over Money

Thank you for shopping with Memories Over Money! Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

All products in our store are custom-made and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. As the supplier, Printful handles all printing, packaging, and shipping of our items. Because we rely on Printful for fulfillment, certain terms apply for returns, exchanges, and refunds, as outlined below.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging.

 

• We will work with Printful to assess the issue and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

• Note: Memories Over Money is not responsible for production issues, and any defects or damages are covered solely by Printful.

2. Wrong or Incorrect Orders

• If you received an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design), contact us within 14 days of receipt.

• Send us clear photos of the item and order details. We will coordinate with Printful to correct the order by providing a replacement or refund if applicable.

3. Sizing and Personal Preference

• Since each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or for reasons based on personal preference (e.g., color or style changes).

• We encourage customers to carefully review the size charts provided on each product page before ordering.

4. Return Shipping and Processing

• If Printful approves a return, Printful’s return policy and process will apply. You may be responsible for return shipping fees, depending on Printful’s guidelines.

• Memories Over Money cannot directly process returns or exchanges, as Printful manages all return processing.

Limitations

Memories Over Money is not liable for any delays, damages, or quality issues that may arise from the print-on-demand production process handled by Printful. We act as an intermediary and will assist in coordinating with Printful to resolve any issues, but final decisions regarding returns, refunds, or replacements rest solely with Printful.
